QUESTION: Does the ride offer refunds, transfers or deferrals?
ANSWER: No. Due to the need to order materials in advance, the ride does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Transfers of registrations to other riders or deferrals to future years' events are not offered either.
QUESTION: What happens if it rains?
ANSWER: The ride will take place rain or shine. It has never been canceled.
QUESTION: Do I need a road bike to participate?
ANSWER: No. You may ride on any style of bike you choose. The entire course is on roads so road bikes and hybrids are the typical styles of bikes used by participants.
QUESTION: Are recumbent bikes acceptable?
ANSWER: Yes.
QUESTION: Are finisher results posted to the website?
ANSWER: No. This is a ride not a race. Racing is discouraged so there are no official results or "standings" based on finish time.
QUESTION: When can I pick up my packet?
ANSWER: You may pick up your packet on Saturday, September 8th between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. or on Sunday, September 9th between 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. at Door County Fairgrounds.
